ClearScan is a key part of the Clear group dedicated Information Management Solution. It is our core business and consists of the scanning of documentation, storage and providing retrieval and management solutions for that documentation. 70% of our work is carried out for government organisations on a nationwide basis.  Clear was established in 2007 and has grown year on year ever since. We currently employ 18 members of staff dedicated solely to document management. Our premises cover an area of over 35,000 square feet allowing us to provide a storage with scan-on-demand solution to compliment our document management portfolio. Our premises are made secure with an extremely high rated 24 hour monitored alarm, access control and CCTV system and we also have manned security patrols ensuring a high level of security.
